I was wondering if you remember where you got it from?
As for the WALL-E theme, I actually combined a different, non-WALL-E theme with a high-resolution image from the movie.
I forget where you can find both theme and wallpaper, but I'll get back to you soon on where you can download them.
What you can do for now is search on PSP-Theme sites for 'constellation', or something like that (i think that's what the theme is called).

as for the background, Try searching around for 'wall-e high resolution photos' or something. I think I picked up that wallpaper from a Disney blog that had a couple high-resolution movie stills, but I can't seem to find it.
though, That theme will pretty much go well with every-other WALL-E image out there!
If you have a hard time finding that specific image, I'll try to upload it somewhere so you can download it! that is, If I still have that image!
